Return & Refund Policy – Diamondstyle

At Diamondstyle, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design variation (minor variations are natural)

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at help@diamondstyle.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order details.

  3. Our team will review and approve the return request.

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Important Notes

  • Product images are for representation purposes only.

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

  • Diamondstyle reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the policy conditions.
